What to include

You don't need to write a formal report — a sentence or two is plenty. A few details help us help you faster:

• Reporting a bug? Tell us what you entered, what you expected, and what the calculator showed instead. A screenshot is gold.
• Requesting a feature? Describe the grading situation you're trying to handle — for example a course that drops your lowest quiz, or a syllabus that uses points instead of percentages.
• Asking about your grade? Share your category weights and scores and we'll walk through the math with you.

A note on privacy

We never see the grades you enter into the calculator — they stay in your browser and are never sent to a server. Anything you choose to share by email is only what you type into the message yourself. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
